Refund policy
At Nana’s Aromas, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please email us at nanasaromas@gmail.com with your order number to initiate an exchange or return.
Most sales are final; however, to qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be in like NEW, resell-able condition and must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving. Returns are for merchandise totals only. Shipping charges are a contracted service and CANNOT be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges.
Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We will NOT accept any returns of candles that have been lit. No returns because of being dissatisfied with the scent after ordering.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of qualified items. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please allow 5-10 days for credit to appear on your account.
Orders that are cancelled by the customer before the order is processed, will be refunded all monies minus 5% to cover processing fees.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
